Following a generous donation in 2011 from McGill alumnus Dr. Ian C. Munro, BScAgr'62, MSc'67, and his wife Jane Munro, the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences launched the McGill Food Safety and Quality Program (FSQP).
