Driven by our passion for dentistry as well as our desire to give back to the community, members of the DMD Class of 2025 invite you to an evening of fun and games to raise support for the McGill Mobile Dental Clinic (MMDC). This important initiative allows McGill dental students to provide free dental care and basic oral hygiene instruction to underserved populations. In 2020-2021, the McGill Mobile Dental Clinic provided $145,274 worth of dental care to 304 underserved patients. We see in the MMDC an extraordinary opportunity to produce a long-lasting positive impact on people’s oral health and overall wellbeing.
Our trivia and board game-themed fundraiser will include a Trivial Pursuit contest, where participants have the chance to answer questions spanning broad domains, from pop culture to geography, from language and literature to science, and more. It will make for a dynamic, competition-filled event, and the winner will receive a $50 gift card! We’ll also feature a raffle with prizes such as a day at the spa for two! Participating in mini-games like Uno, cards, a beanbag-toss and more will earn players extra raffle entries. Winners will be announced at the end of the night, so expect a suspenseful, anticipation-charged evening!
The event will be held Thursday, May 26th, 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. at Thomson House.
