Stewart’s commitment to customer service is an extension of his character and work ethic. He cares about people at McGill and believes in providing them the best support possible during live events. As an on-site technician, Stew ensures that event hosts and attendees alike can focus on sharing knowledge. Stew regularly demonstrates a can-do attitude in the face of complex events. Despite considerable pressures and unpredictability around live events, he works tirelessly, collaborating with others, planning, and delivering technical expertise of the highest standard. Stewart is approachable, he regularly answers client questions, troubleshoots, and establishes the best plan of action based on his 33 years of experience with live events at McGill. He is a proud and loyal member of the McGill community, ensuring that a wide range of events on campus go smoothly. He has recently taken on a leadership role within his unit due to these outstanding achievements.
