Nicoleta always goes the extra mile to get the job done efficiently. Passionate about helping colleagues and offering additional support when needed by the finance team or professors, she is an unwavering professional with a kind personality, and it is a privilege for many to work alongside her.

Nicoleta has a constant desire to learn and understand and asks questions about all processes and try to better understand to maximize her results and ensure she is doing an excellent job. She has taken Professional Development courses that help not only her individually but the administrative team and the Desautels Faculty of Management team as well, further showing her dedication to the faculty and to providing support wherever needed.
