Nadine Lessard

Enrolment Services
2005 - Present '

Nadine has worked at McGill in Enrolment Services since 2005. She enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure that ES thrives, and our leadership team is well-supported. Nadine sets the tone in ES with her positive attitude, resourcefulness, generosity and problem-solving approach. Without her care for people and attention to detail, Enrolment Services would not be such a wonderful place for 130 people to come to work every day.
Nadine has participated in all types of committees at McGill, including the Women’s Only Hours at the gym committee, Mastercard Foundation Scholars decision committee and ES Social Committee. She enjoys building relationships and networking, within Student Life & Learning and across the University.

Committed to sustainability and greening, Nadine started the ES Sustainability Committee, creating an action plan for ES and positively influencing fellow colleagues and students. She has been part of the Green Squad (over 5 years) and Green Alley Committee (over 8 years) in Verdun, engaging fellow citizens and bringing the community together through urban greening initiatives. She’s helped to create gardens and alleys throughout the neighbourhood for urban bees and butterflies, raising awareness of declining bee populations and inspiring others to beautify their neighbourhoods through sustainable initiatives.
Never was there a more deserving “unsung hero” than Nadine Lessard.
