Client Services is at the frontlines when it comes to how students first encounter this large bureaucracy. If we bounce them around from unit to unit, students can get quickly lost or discouraged. If we show care and competency, students can feel more confident in trusting us to play a part in their learning journey. Joey has helped every student I’ve sent his way and solved many a tricky or time-sensitive case with professionalism and compassion. He works behind the scenes and does so with dedication and optimism.
