Giulia Campofredano

Giulia has been a member of the McGill Desautels Faculty of Management for almost 40 years, and her dedication and drive have not weakened at all. She is passionate about student success and cares deeply about the BCom program, team and faculty. Over the years, Giulia has helped countless students, professors and colleagues, and has worked on improving the BCom experience from orientation through to graduation. A key resource for the Associate Dean and professors, she always makes herself available when they need guidance on program or student issues. She understands the importance of passing on her advising expertise and experience, and she enjoys mentoring others, especially when they are new in their role. It’s clear that Giulia wants to see new advisors develop into strong, supportive and caring advisors. A testament to her dedication and passion, she often spends time outside of normal working hours to make sure that she delivers the best possible support to students and professors alike. Organized, smart, empathetic, passionate, dedicated, loyal, supportive, and conscientious are words often used to describe Giulia — clearly demonstrating the impact she has had on the BCom program and the faculty at large.
